With a competitive hourly rate of $18.50, plus a $310 certification bonus and a $5.00 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost, this role offers a unique chance to earn a great income while enjoying the freedom and autonomy of remote work. The Turbo Bonus Boost is available from April 9th through 15th, with unlimited hours available, provided you work a minimum of 8 hours each day on April 13th, 14th, and 15th. Get paid $18.50 per hour, with opportunities to increase your earnings through bonuses and incentives Earn a $310 certification bonus upon completing our comprehensive training program Enjoy a $5.00 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost from April 9th through 15th, with unlimited hours available Work from home and set your own flexible schedule, anytime between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday Minimum 30 hours per week required, with the option to work more hours if desired Key Responsibilities and Expectations As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our customers, answering their questions and resolving their issues related to our tax software products. This will involve: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, in a timely and professional manner Providing clear and concise solutions to customer problems, using your knowledge of our products and services Empathizing with customers and providing personalized support to ensure their needs are met Collaborating with our team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to resolve complex issues and improve our services Continuously updating your knowledge and skills to stay current with our products and services, and to provide the best possible support to our customers Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically A passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service The ability to understand and empathize with customer needs, while driving innovation and providing top-notch service Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications, including our tax software products A strong work ethic and ability to work independently, with minimal supervision Note that no specific accounting background is required for this role, as we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success.
