This will involve: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, in a timely and professional manner Providing clear and concise solutions to customer problems, using your knowledge of our products and services Empathizing with customers and providing personalized support to ensure their needs are met Collaborating with our team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to resolve complex issues and improve our services Continuously updating your knowledge and skills to stay current with our products and services, and to provide the best possible support to our customers Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically A passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service The ability to understand and empathize with customer needs, while driving innovation and providing top-notch service Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications, including our tax software products A strong work ethic and ability to work independently, with minimal supervision Note that no specific accounting background is required for this role, as we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success.
