About the Role: Data Entry / 10-Key Specialist We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry / 10-Key Specialist to join our operations team. As a Data Entry / 10-Key Specialist at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in our document preparation and scanning operations. You will be part of a dedicated workforce in a global company that celebrates the skills and contributions you bring. Our team is committed to converting hard copies to electronic images, and we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with us. We will provide the necessary training to ensure your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Prepare documents for scanning, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Input large volumes of data into our system while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and adhering to strict deadlines Meet production goals, with a minimum of 120 to 150 files per day Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge Requirements and Competencies: To be successful in this role, you will need: 10-key proficiency and experience Ability to effectively meet production goals and deadlines Strong attention to detail and ability to input data accurately Physical ability to stand for several hours, lift boxes weighing up to 80-90 pounds, and work in a warehouse environment that is not consistently climate controlled English reading, writing, and communication skills Medical records experience is preferred, though not required Essential Qualifications: In addition to the requirements and competencies listed above, the ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in data entry, document preparation, or a related field Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry software Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Medical records experience or knowledge of medical terminology Previous experience working in a warehouse or production environment Familiarity with document scanning and imaging software Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits The salary range for this position is $40,200.00 - $50,300.00 per year, depending on experience.
