Job Overview The successful candidate will work closely with our Inward Body Shop team, supporting all aspects of our Approved Impact Program. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring seamless communication, and resolving issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities Work planning support to ensure efficient operations and timely resolution of client issues Act as a liaison between Client Warranty Specialists and the Body Shop, facilitating effective communication and collaboration Vehicle appearance arrangement and inspection to ensure high-quality standards are met Twist and CCC organization appearance, maintaining a professional and organized work environment Client communication and assumption, providing exceptional customer service and support Rental coordination and handoff, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions Vehicle announcements and notifications, keeping clients informed and up-to-date Material and supplies reordering, maintaining adequate stock levels and minimizing delays Repair survey and delivery, ensuring timely and efficient completion of repairs Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and provide clear, concise information Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with colleagues, clients, and the general public Microsoft Office experience, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to train others and provide guidance and support as needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision Preferred Qualifications Endorsement from a Professional School in Crash Repair or a related field Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and procedures Experience with rental coordination and logistics Familiarity with CCC organization and Twist software Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should be highly organized, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential. Additionally, you should be comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Office and other software applications.
