Key Responsibilities Develop and implement robust, flexible, and automated software tools for complex data analysis. Answer complex questions on change effects on manufacturing and provide data-driven insights. Cross-convey data from different storage areas to ensure comprehensive analysis. Collaborate intimately with various teams to drive data integration and business outcomes. Contribute to the automation and standardization of our data pipelines. Build representations to convey insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Analyze and determine optimal solutions for change coordination with manufacturing, other blithequark plants, and suppliers. Provide thought leadership in analysis, modeling, and strategy to enhance team capability and results. Develop and manage the execution of solutions and business processes optimized for speed, accuracy, cost efficiency, capacity, and flexibility. Create decision support networks, tools, and models that are adaptable and reproducible to aid in planning development and decision-making. Work with stakeholders to refine problem statements, utilize analysis results to drive informed decisions, and summarize and clearly communicate data analysis assumptions and results. Build data pipelines to transition ad-hoc data investigations into production dashboards that specialists can rely on. Design and implement metrics, applications, and tools that enable engineers to self-serve their data insights. Collaborate with architects to drive the adoption of your applications and tools. Write clean and tested code that can be maintained and extended by other programmers. Support and maintain your production applications. Stay updated on relevant technologies and methodologies and propose new ones that the team could leverage. Identify trends, envision better ways of looking at data, and set innovative approaches to drive improvements in both existing and future products. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering) or equivalent experience and evidence of exceptional capability. Solid knowledge of data structures, architectures, and languages like SQL. Experience and interest in data visualization techniques. Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing needs with minimal notice to meet deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with statistical programming (R), database languages (SQL), simulation tools (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic, FlexSim), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, d3.js). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and continually evolving high-growth environment. Comfortable in an environment with unstructured, incomplete, and ambiguous data. Solid foundation in statistics. Experience building data visualizations. Experience writing software in a professional environment. Inquisitive and driven to solve complex problems. Intelligent yet humble, with a preference for action. Strong engineering skills and a proven track record of exceptional capability. Some knowledge of deep learning fundamentals; experience training neural networks and exploring results. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline.
