Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Account Manager to join our team at blithequark. As a Customer Success Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding strategic relationships with key client partners and technical experts to enable quality solution delivery and well-being. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and goals, and leverage your knowledge of blithequark's technology solutions to drive customer success and growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute client-facing program plans, prioritization of engagement, and management of key stakeholder and executive expectations to address agreed-upon client outcomes and account needs. Collaborate with clients to proactively identify opportunities for growth, optimize usage, and drive adoption of blithequark's cloud services. Build and maintain strong relationships with client partners and technical experts to enable quality solution delivery and well-being. Guide and lead discussions to facilitate the achievement of client business goals by leveraging their interest in blithequark's technology solutions. Map internal roles to client needs to action the requirements of clients and hold, maintain, and support internal partner relationships. Establish executive-level internal connections and develop communication strategies for holding business value discussions at client executive levels. Gather information on business and Information Technology goals for client organizations to identify client needs and guide them to suitable solutions. Contribute to the development of a shared client account plan intended to support client targets using collaborations with other account team leaders. Technical Relevance To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of blithequark's technology solutions, including cloud services such as Azure, and be able to translate client associations into client business effects and worth. You will also need to be able to identify client situations and align with technical experts to identify valuable cross-cloud technology solutions. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you will need to have: A four-year college degree in Business, Humanities, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 2+ years of experience in client success, solution delivery, practice management, client-facing consulting, or portfolio management. At least 2+ years of experience working with cloud services, especially in Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). At least 2+ years of experience working with Account and Delivery teams to develop and execute client success designs that align with the client's specific business transformation drives and industry requirements. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer success and growth. Strong understanding of the cloud technology marketplace, including blithequark's competitors. Experience with cloud-based solutions, such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
