Job Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Inward Body Shop in all aspects of its Approved Impact Program. This role involves working closely with Client Warranty Specialists and the Body Shop team to ensure seamless communication, efficient workflow, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Provide work planning support to ensure efficient workflow and meet deadlines Facilitate communication between Client Warranty Specialists and the Body Shop, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution Coordinate vehicle appearance arrangements, including twist and CCC organization appearances Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support Manage rental coordination and handoff, ensuring a smooth experience for our clients Prepare and deliver vehicle announcements, keeping clients informed about the status of their vehicles Reorder materials and supplies as needed, maintaining an organized and efficient workspace Conduct repair surveys and deliveries, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Crash Repair or a related discipline Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and provide clear guidance to clients and colleagues Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, clients, and the public Microsoft Office experience, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to train others and provide guidance and support as needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work independently with limited supervision Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry Knowledge of crash repair processes and procedures Experience with warranty claims and client communication Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
