Job Overview We are seeking highly skilled and dependable Customer Service Specialists to provide top-notch support to our clients and their customers. As a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, and providing empathetic and personalized customer service. You will be an integral part of our team, working together to ensure that our clients receive the best possible experience. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers, providing exceptional customer service and empathy Perform heavy data entry, gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information Operate according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program, ensuring compliance and accuracy Work with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient, resolving issues and providing solutions Maintain a positive and professional attitude, with a willingness to help others and provide excellent customer service Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must have at least 1 year of recent Call Center experience, with medical call center experience being a plus. You must also have an active internet connection and the ability to work from home, with a dedicated workspace and minimal distractions. Additionally, you must be able to multi-task and use dual monitors, with a high school diploma or equivalent. Essential Qualifications At least 1 year of recent Call Center experience Medical Call Center experience is a plus, but not required Active internet connection and ability to work from home Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors Great work attitude and willingness to help others High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Knowledge of the Federal Health Care Program and guidelines Experience with data entry and patient billing and medical information Strong communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer At blithequark, we offer a competitive hourly rate of $16/hr, with weekly pay and benefits. Our schedule is Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts between 7am-8pm CST. We provide equipment and training to ensure your success in this role. As a remote team member, you will have the flexibility to work from home, with the support and resources of a dedicated team.
