Key Responsibilities: Provide top-notch customer service and support to our valued customers via phone, email, or ticketing system Onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing any questions or concerns they may have Address billing inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction Work collaboratively with internal teams to facilitate interdepartmental communication and ensure seamless issue resolution Utilize a ticketing system to manage and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively Demonstrate a high level of care, urgency, and professionalism in all customer interactions Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential skills and experience: 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a Fiber/Wireless/Voice Internet Service Provider support environment High Diploma or GED equivalent Proven experience working with a ticketing system to manage customer inquiries Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, the following skills and experience are highly desirable: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, enabling you to provide support to a diverse range of customers Previous experience working in a contract-to-hire or temporary employment arrangement Familiarity with the broadband industry and fiber internet services What We Offer: At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and inclusive work environment, as well as opportunities for growth and development.
