As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, issuing Return Material Authorization (RMA) to customers, and gathering Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to improve our products and services. Key Responsibilities Provide customer and technical support for display products through incoming calls and internet requests, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and issues. Issue Return Material Authorization (RMA) to customers, ensuring a seamless return and repair process. Gather and resolve Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback, utilizing this valuable information to improve our products, services, and overall customer experience. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to stay updated on new products, services, and technologies, and to provide feedback on customer needs and preferences. Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior technical support specialists when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issues resolved, products sold, and customer feedback, to inform business decisions and improve customer support processes. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed as a Call Center Agent for Customer Technical Support at blithequark, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
