Job Overview In this exciting and dynamic role, you'll be responsible for assisting customers in various parts of the rental or return process on our airport lots. This may include checking cars, entering information in a handheld device, processing rentals for our loyalty customers, assisting customers at our exit gates, or checking-in our cars at return, all while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with rental or return processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience Check cars, enter information in a handheld device, and process rentals for loyalty customers Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Work effectively in a fast-paced outdoor environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a variety of situations Collaborate with colleagues to achieve operational goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement Participate in on-the-job training, developing skills and knowledge to enhance performance and contribute to the success of the team Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a valid Driver's License, basic computer skills (including typing and data entry), and effective verbal communication skills. You should be willing to work outdoors, demonstrate flexibility to work all shifts, and be able to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods. A minimum age of 18 years and legal authorization to work in the United States are also required. While not essential, 6 months of retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
