Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you must possess excellent customer-focused competencies, with a strong emphasis on empathy, problem-solving skills, and verbal and written communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have: Experience in call center customer service, preferably in an inbound call environment with no telesales.
