About the Role As a seasoned Customer Support Representative, you will be at the forefront of client interactions, providing assistance via phone, SMS, chat, and email. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our clients have an exceptional experience with blithequark, addressing their concerns, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our event and support teams to ensure seamless communication and resolve any challenges that may arise. Key Responsibilities Handle daily phone, chat, and email customer service requests originating from customers and teammates Communicate promptly and effectively to resolve client concerns and answer questions Provide information about nutrition, health, fitness, and DEXA technology to clients Assist event and support teams with outbound customer communications regarding service logistics and internal triaging of issues Utilize Hubspot Service (our CX platform) to manage client interactions and resolve issues efficiently Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive customer service experience, a passion for health and wellness, and familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms. You must be a proven performer with a strong knowledge of CX KPIs and processes, and be obsessed with delivering exceptional customer experiences.
