Job Overview We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on our services. This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for extension, offering a competitive hourly rate of up to $18.83 per hour. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels, providing timely and accurate solutions to their concerns. Utilize computer software and dual screens to navigate our systems and access customer information. Demonstrate flexibility in working various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to ensure seamless customer support. Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle complex customer issues and escalate cases when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring data entry is complete and up-to-date. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service quality. Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you should have: At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting. Proficiency in computer software navigation, including MS Outlook and data entry applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving complex customer issues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality. Previous experience in a call center environment, with a high volume of customer interactions. Bi-lingual skills in Hmong, Spanish, or Mien are preferred, but not required.
