Job Overview This is a full-time position, operating Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our retail clients, providing them with top-notch service, answering inquiries, and facilitating their purchasing needs. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, preferably in a call center environment, and be comfortable communicating with business clients over the phone. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls from retailers and respond to their queries regarding our clothing and accessories, as well as assist them in navigating our company website. Input purchase orders into our system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Accept payments over the phone and process requests for refunds, exchanges, and other customer service-related tasks. Provide assistance to buyers who have questions or concerns regarding tracking shipments, order delays, or receiving incorrect or damaged merchandise. Maintain a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor when interacting with clients, both over the phone and through other communication channels. Perform data entry tasks while taking purchase orders over the phone, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Previous experience working as a call center customer service agent, receptionist, or client intake coordinator, preferably in a wholesale or retail environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with business clients and provide exceptional customer service.
