Role Description We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team, specializing in email, chat, and phone support. As a CS Agent, you will be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries, including order status tickets, product-related questions, troubleshooting requests, and escalation requests. Your expertise in using Zendesk for email, chat, and phone support will be essential in this role. Additionally, you may be required to assist with other congruent accounts as volume permits, providing an opportunity to diversify your experience and skills.
