Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, addressing their questions and concerns regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. Your expertise and knowledge will empower our customers to make informed decisions about their healthcare, simplifying their experience and fostering a deeper understanding of their coverage and options. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing empathetic and personalized support to our members, resolving their queries on the first call, and making a meaningful impact on their lives. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls from members, addressing their questions and concerns regarding pharmacy benefit plans, prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions Provide accurate and timely information to members, ensuring they understand their coverage and options Offer solutions and support to simplify the healthcare experience for our members Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and improve overall customer satisfaction Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that enable you to deliver exceptional customer service and support. The following qualifications are required: 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent Maintain your own internet with approved speed requirements and a secure work space free from distractions (for work-from-home opportunities) Adherence to HIPAA and governmental compliance is required in this role Preferred qualifications include: 1 year of experience working in a Call Center environment or Healthcare-related field 6 months of work-from-home experience Healthcare certification (e.g., Med Assistant) is a plus Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with members and provide personalized support. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
