As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for individuals seeking assistance with their pharmacy benefit plans. Your responsibilities will include answering inbound calls, responding to questions regarding medication coverage, and providing solutions to help our members better understand their options. Through your skills and knowledge, you will offer the support needed to simplify their healthcare experience and improve their overall well-being.
