Key Responsibilities As an Entry Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your primary focus will be on ensuring the timely and accurate input of data into our digital databases. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Inserting customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within specified time limits, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies. Compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry, applying data program techniques and procedures as necessary. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and checking the output to ensure high-quality data entry. Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents to complete data sets accurately. Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations to ensure data security and integrity. Scanning documents and printing files when needed, maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to efficiently manage and analyze data. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in using database management tools and software applications relevant to data entry tasks. Basic knowledge of touch typing systems to achieve high data entry speeds with accuracy. The ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately, with strong attention to detail to minimize errors.
