Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pharmacy Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, resolving customer issues, and promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities Model and convey a positive and great client experience, ensuring that customers receive considerate, fair, and professional service Register sales on assigned sales register, provide clients with efficient checkout service, and process transactions accurately Assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, including utilizing pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication information and process prescriptions Engage clients and patients by greeting them, offering help with items and services, and resolving customer issues to ensure a positive experience Model and offer customer support best practices with all colleagues, including relational habits and arenaflex service qualities Perform tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Director, Staff Pharmacist, and Senior Manager, including using pharmacy systems to enter patient and medication data, filling prescriptions, and verifying medication accuracy Report remedy errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhere to organization policies and procedures regarding pharmacy errors and the Quality Improvement Program Handle calls that don't require personal attention of the pharmacist, including those to doctors, and process manual cases for third-party program prescription services Assist and support the Pharmacy Department on inventory management activities, such as ordering, unloading, checking, and storing shipments of medications Maintain knowledge of store systems and store equipment, and ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled substances Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico) Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours Strong numerical abilities, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control PTCB certification (or willingness to obtain) Preferred Qualifications At least six months of experience in a retail environment Previous work experience with arenaflex Good numerical abilities, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control PTCB certification Career Growth and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
