Key Responsibilities Assist with daily call volume, prioritizing service level and ensuring prompt resolution of customer inquiries Provide accurate and professional resolutions to customer inquiries, meeting customer needs on every interaction Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics, demonstrating a commitment to excellence Utilize multiple systems to ensure efficient and effective issue resolution, staying up-to-date with the latest technology and trends Collaborate with the team to achieve team and organizational goals, demonstrating a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction Develop and maintain a professional and friendly attitude, quickly building rapport with customers and providing exceptional support Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and have a general working knowledge of the internet for business use. A knowledge of customer service principles and practices is essential, as well as a commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction. Required Skills and Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and general working knowledge of Internet for business use Ability to learn new computer systems and stay up-to-date with the latest technology and trends Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Teamwork and commitment to the successful achievement of team and organizational goals Customer Service Focus – demonstrating a focus on listening to and understanding client/customer needs and then delighting the client/customer by exceeding service and quality expectations Professional and friendly attitude, with the ability to quickly develop a rapport with customers Typing speed of 25-30 wpm Schedule flexibility and ability to work full-time and/or part-time Detailed-oriented and ability to professionally handle and resolve escalated issues Reliable and predictable attendance, with a willingness to work shift work and overtime as required Preferred Qualifications While not essential, we prefer candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of customer service experience in a similar role. You should be committed to remaining in the current role for at least 9 months and be willing to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
