Responsibilities: What You Will Do Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, providing empathetic and personalized support Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring seamless issue resolution Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring data integrity and compliance Provide feedback on call issues, contributing to continuous improvement and process enhancements Upsell if required, identifying opportunities to promote additional products or services that meet customer needs Qualifications: What We Are Looking For We are seeking fearless and inspired individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
