Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Support Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Support Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, responding to questions and resolving issues as a "single resource" for our plan participants, members, and providers. You will provide customized communication based on client preference and individualized needs, creating a deep connection with our members by understanding and engaging with them without limitation. Key Responsibilities Respond to questions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, utilizing a client support framework to guide decision-making and ensure optimal outcomes for our members. Build trusting and caring relationships with our members, taking the time to fully understand their needs and provide personalized support and guidance. Anticipate client needs, providing relevant information and resources to address unasked questions and enhance the overall client experience. Utilize client support edge structure to make informed financial decisions and resolve member issues efficiently and effectively. Educate and assist clients on various aspects of benefit plan information and available services, including self-service tools, cost of care tools, and other resources designed to enhance the client experience. Apply relevant data and insights to influence member engagement and drive positive outcomes, recognizing opportunities to improve the client experience and taking proactive steps to address issues and concerns. Take ownership of client contacts, resolving issues and connecting members with additional services as needed, and providing training and support to help members manage their health and wellbeing. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver client-specific presentations and resolve service issues, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence in all interactions. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration, customer service, or communications. Client care experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail store, with a proven ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion. Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role, with a strong understanding of healthcare concepts and terminology. Knowledge of benefit plan information and available services, including self-service tools and cost of care tools. Experience with client support edge structure and financial decision-making, with a proven ability to analyze data and drive informed decisions. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
