Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as a key contact and liaison for our customers, ensuring their every interaction with our company is nothing short of exceptional. Key Responsibilities Ensure every customer experience is of the highest quality, exceeding expectations and building trust in our brand Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence in a professional, timely manner, ensuring follow-up on all customer issues Take an active role in selling arenaflex goods and services on inbound calls, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Provide expert support on product selection and application, helping customers find the perfect solutions for their needs Coordinate customer service requests, including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit, and claims Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction What You Bring to the Table To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact. We are looking for individuals with: 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry High school education, with a 2-year or 4-year degree preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders A strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to continuous improvement Work Schedule and Hours This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position, working Sunday through Thursday, 40 hours per week. The schedule is flexible, and this position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. Compensation and Benefits The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $21.00 per hour, depending on experience.
