Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support and building lasting relationships with our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to receive and process customer orders by telephone, ensuring that all customer requests are handled in a prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional manner. You will be the primary point of contact with our customers, and your goal will be to provide them with a positive experience that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations. Key Responsibilities Handle an average of 110 customer interactions per eight-hour shift after 4 months in the position, including incoming and outgoing calls Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customers, solving routine and complex problems in a professional and efficient manner Answer incoming customer service orders as soon as possible, displaying active listening and superior customer service skills for both external and internal customers Document activity to the DDF system, consistently checking appropriate DDF screens for report results to call back to customers Display the ability to enter orders manually via our fax process and operate the phone system effectively Adhere to work schedule and perform other duties as assigned Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Ability to work independently and as a team, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service and support Must demonstrate the ability to perform different tasks and retain knowledge, a critical part of cross-training our call center personnel Computer knowledge and strong customer service skills, with solid communication skills (including verbal, written, and listening skills) Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with good organizational skills and the ability to execute and prioritize multiple tasks Professional demeanor, with the ability to type 35-40 words per minute and be flexible and adaptable to change Medical terminology/experience preferred but not required, with a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required Must have high-speed internet for remote work Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Intermediate computer skills, with some knowledge of customer service principles and practices Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations High School or better education, with a strong focus on customer service and support Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
