About the Role: Clinical Support Services Agent As a Clinical Support Services Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and their families, providing exceptional customer care and support in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Your primary responsibility will be to receive incoming calls, gather information, and relay it to our team of clinicians. You'll be working with patients from home hospice, home health, home infusion agencies, and medical providers across the country, so you'll need to be comfortable working in a remote setting and navigating a variety of situations. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from patients and their families, providing exceptional customer care and support Gather information from callers and relay it to our team of clinicians Work in a fast-paced environment, navigating high call volumes and managing downtime effectively Remain professional and composed when dealing with difficult or emotional callers Utilize your excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to provide top-notch support Meet minimum typing and keyboarding requirements, with accurate and efficient data entry skills Proficiently use Microsoft Office and navigate the internet with ease Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice. You'll also need to be at least 18 years of age, with strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet navigation is essential, as well as accurate keyboard and typing skills. You'll need to be comfortable working in a remote setting, with access to high-speed internet on a personal network and a personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment.
