About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Bilingual French and English Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home, providing top-notch support to our clients via inbound and outbound calls and/or internet interactions. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve common issues and answer questions related to our clients' products and services. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess: 1+ years of customer service experience A high school diploma or GED A quiet and distraction-free home workspace Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge Ability to multitask and learn new technologies quickly A desktop or laptop computer for testing purposes (may be provided by arenaflex, depending on the role) High-speed internet connection (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone What We Offer At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' success and well-being.
