Our team is comprised of talented, driven individuals who share our vision and values, and we're excited to welcome like-minded professionals to our family. **Position Overview** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls from residential and commercial customers regarding their waste and recycling services. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service in a professional, positive, and efficient manner, effectively addressing customer complaints and concerns. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions will shape our customers' perceptions of our brand. **Flexible Remote and In-Office Work Arrangements** We understand that work-life balance is essential, which is why we offer flexible remote and in-office work arrangements. This is a local position, and you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home or our office, depending on your preference. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner (75 to 120 per day) * Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions * Maintain call center database by entering information * Follow all communication procedures, policies, and guidelines during every customer interaction * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience * Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores **Candidate Qualifications** * Minimum one year of Call Center experience * High School diploma or GED * In-person and/or phone customer service experience * Excellent communication skills (oral and written) * Inbound Call Center experience * Professional demeanor * Microsoft Office: Intermediate level * Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Excellent time management and organization skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office * Adaptability and flexibility in a rapidly changing environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in the waste and recycling industry * Certification in customer service or a related field * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
