About the position Responsibilities • Develop and coordinate program activities for certification initiatives. • Ensure compliance with the Nutrient and Odor Management Act and the Commercial Manure Hauler and Broker Act. • Promote best practices in nutrient and odor management. Requirements • Two years experience as a Conservation District Field Representative 2 or any equivalent combination of experience and training. • Possession of a valid PA Class C Driver's License. • Meet the PA residency requirement. • Ability to perform essential job functions. • Pass a background investigation. • Submit satisfactory criminal history reports including PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.
