You'll be responsible for handling a wide range of inquiries, from account management and device troubleshooting to order support and billing. If you're a tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for problem-solving, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer incoming calls and provide high-quality support to our customers, ensuring a positive and personalized experience * Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution, demonstrating a proactive and solution-focused approach * Collaborate closely with supervisors and shift leads to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a productive work environment * Continuously learn about arenaflex products and services to enhance your knowledge and better support our customers * Develop yourself as a customer support representative through ongoing training and feedback, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices **Requirements** * 1 year of experience in a customer support role, preferably for a technology product or service * Quiet, dedicated workspace in your home, free from distractions (please note, you cannot be a primary caregiver during your shifts) * Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to react quickly and respond clearly when speaking with customers * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to talk customers through situations clearly and accurately * Enthusiastic and can-do attitude that radiates positivity and dedication to each customer * Previous experience with Calabrio, Gladly, Maestro, or other call center software is preferred, but not required **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues * Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems **Benefits** * Hourly rate: $16 per hour * Quarterly performance-based bonus potential * Workplace flexibility: Choose to work from our Lehi office or from home after completing training * Company-provided laptop and equipment * Shifts available: Monday - Friday 10:30 am - 7 pm or Tuesday - Saturday 7 am - 3:30 pm * Eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits * 401(k) retirement savings plan * Generous Paid Time Off and Unpaid Time Off **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and collaboration.
