About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients enrolled in our financial hardship programs. You will embody the caring voice of our organization, guiding clients through their journey from enrollment to graduation. Key Responsibilities Provide superior customer service and support to clients through high-volume inbound and outbound phone calls, responding to requests, and educating them on our programs Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve client issues using active listening and critical thinking to achieve first-call resolution and foster strong customer relationships Develop and maintain positive client relationships, collaborating with other departments to ensure timely and effective handling of client requests and questions Work independently and as part of a team to drive client retention, bolster product knowledge, and deliver best-in-class service Operate and navigate our CRM database, troubleshooting technical issues, and documenting client interactions and activities Continuously learn and apply company and industry knowledge, practices, and procedures to deliver accurate and up-to-date solutions Meet and exceed client-centric performance expectations, focusing on quality of service and efficiency Engage with feedback from leaders and team members to collaborate and streamline workflows What We Look For To be successful in this role, you should possess: Minimum 1 year of call center experience, preferably in a high-volume environment Bilingual skills in Spanish are preferred but not required A reliable, high-speed internet connection and strong computer technical skills Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening A people-focused approach, solution mindset, and effective problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle routine and complex client inquiries independently Effective time management, planning, and organizing skills The ability to work from home in a distraction-free environment Essential Qualifications In addition to the above requirements, our ideal candidate will: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent Have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities Be proficient in using computer software, including CRM databases and other technical tools Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in a financial services or related industry Knowledge of financial hardship programs and debt management Certifications in customer service or related fields Why Join Us?
