About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our award-winning team. Key Responsibilities Engage directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to address their concerns, answer questions, and provide personalized support and solutions. Essential Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to multi-task, navigate multiple systems, and perform well in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. Proficiency in using computers, including data entry, navigation, and internet research, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred. Must be able to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively. Knowledge of the pet industry or experience working with pets, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
