Job Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative – Content Moderator to join our team. As a Content Moderation Rater, you will be the first point of contact for customers, owning and solving customer issues from start to finish. You will work with customers to troubleshoot software and/or device issues, deliver fast customized solutions, and create support tickets to provide the fastest and easiest resolution while delivering an incredible experience. Key Responsibilities Assist our community and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately, and on time Become and remain knowledgeable about products and community standards Make well-balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate for our community Display strong interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills, and most importantly, empathy Show a strong bias to doing what's right for our community in support of our mission Essential Qualifications Impeccable communication and writing skills General curiosity about how and why things work the way they do Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical concepts Ability to empathize with users and convey confidence through written interactions Well-versed in chat and email etiquette, with a fine-tuned attention to detail Demonstrated skill using the Microsoft Office suite, with moderate-level expertise in Excel required 1+ years of customer service experience Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in content moderation or a related field Strong technical skills and knowledge of software and devices Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skill and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to empathize with customers and convey confidence through written interactions. You will also need to be well-versed in chat and email etiquette, with a fine-tuned attention to detail.
