Responsibilities As a Customer Experience Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: Providing Customer Support : Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, internet, or other channels, resolving simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty, or billing/payment. Handling Customer Inquiries : Serve as the primary contact for inbound customer issues, escalating more technical product-related issues to the proper Product Support department. Processing Customer Inquiries : Manage a high volume of customer inquiries regarding our products and services, resolving a targeted percentage of those inquiries. Troubleshooting Customer Problems : Identify the root cause of customer problems, using tools and resources to determine the best course of action to resolve the issue. Escalating Issues : When unable to resolve problems in a reasonable amount of time, escalate to the appropriate resource, following up on escalated issues to learn from the experience and expand your knowledge. Tracking and Documenting Support Requests : Ensure proper notation of customer problems or issues, updating customer information and ensuring accurate entry of contact information. Meeting Performance Standards : Meet the standards of your role, including quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time. Mentoring and Guiding Colleagues : Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced associates, sharing your knowledge and expertise to support the growth and development of our team.
