Key Responsibilities Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude, ensuring that every customer feels welcome and valued. Represent blithequark by providing excellent customer service, answering customer questions, and assisting with their needs in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that the store is always presentable and safe for customers. Be available to assist colleagues across the store as needed, demonstrating a team-oriented and supportive approach to work. Operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, and clean bathrooms, sales floor, and parking lot as needed. Build carts from the parking lot, ensuring that customers have an excellent first and last impression of our store. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently in a retail environment. Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately handle cash, operate a point-of-sale system, and maintain a high level of accuracy when processing transactions.
