Your key responsibilities will include: Main lobby operations, including check-ins, check-outs, guest visits, and tours, all while maintaining a warm, welcoming smile Answering and handling calls in a professional, courteous manner to ensure seamless communication with our clients Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities to ensure a safe, healthy environment for all Following specific instructions to provide 5-star service to our furry friends, including feeding, care, well-being, comfort, and overall happiness Scheduling, file maintenance, and data entry to support the smooth operation of our business Working in both customer service and animal care capacities to provide comprehensive support to our clients and guests Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure our clients receive the support they need, when they need it Taking photos to share on our social media channels and showcase the amazing work we do at arenaflex Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: A genuine love of animals and a passion for delivering exceptional care and service A professional manner and demeanor, with the ability to maintain a positive attitude in fast-paced, dynamic environments Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of our business The ability to lift and carry 40 pounds or more, with the stamina to stand and walk for eight hours a day Comfort and confidence working with dogs on leashes, as well as in an environment with exposure to disinfectant/sanitation chemicals, animal dander, and excretions Basic computer skills and the ability to work with our computer system to support scheduling, data entry, and other administrative tasks Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable for success as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex: Previous experience working in animal care or a related field, with a deep understanding of animal behavior and body language Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and management A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of professional animal experience Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members, with opportunities for career advancement, professional development, and ongoing training and education.
