A Typical Day in arenaflex Support As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your day will be filled with a variety of exciting challenges and opportunities to make a positive impact on our customers. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Providing responsive and relentless support to arenaflex customers via phone, live chat, or email Assisting customers with training and how-to questions on system usage, utilizing screen-shares, phone calls, discussion, and chat tools Troubleshooting system issues and escalating to the development team for fixes, with clear steps on how to recreate the issue Confirming issues have been fixed and communicating back to the customer accordingly Triage submitted requests and fully documenting and understanding the request to prepare it for the next steps Working with customers to learn about change requests they wish to have within the system Assisting with documentation fact-finding for arenaflex to minimize the effort required for customers to use the system Required Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential skills and qualifications: Strong organizational, computer, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Excellent multi-tasking abilities Proficiency with Google and Microsoft applications, including Docs/Word, Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint, and Gmail/Outlook Experience with CRM or ERP software is a plus Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Associate's Degree Experience in business practices such as CRM, HR, Project Management, Accounting, etc. Experience with previous software such as Quickbooks, Salesforce, etc. Excel experience, including basic formatting and equations, and basic skills with other MS Office tools What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive compensation package, including: Competitive salary: $30,000.00 - $32,000.00 per year 401(k) and 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work from home opportunities Work Environment and Company Culture At arenaflex, we pride ourselves on our dynamic and innovative work environment.
