Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. You will report to our experienced Customer Service Manager and be an integral part of our customer-facing team. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer emails in a professional and efficient manner, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and courteous way. Handle approximately 30-45 phone calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues related to orders, tracking, and package errors. Utilize instant messaging and Live Chat to resolve customer issues and provide support. Escalate complex issues to the Supervisor, ensuring that customers receive the best possible solution. Represent arenaflex as the first line of response, demonstrating a high level of professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A high school degree or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels. Strong customer service skills, both over the phone and in writing, with a focus on providing timely and effective solutions. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite (or Google Docs/Sheets). Strong problem-solving ability, with the capacity to think critically and outside the box. Able to remain polite and composed under pressure, addressing customer issues in a time-sensitive and professional manner. Past experience in a phone or call center environment is highly desirable, although not essential.
