Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex in Honolulu, USA. As the face of our customer, you will be responsible for crafting meaningful connections and creating an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and respected. You will interact with our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, supporting them with ticketing and luggage, greeting customers as they begin and end their journey, and doing it with a smile. Key Responsibilities Interacting with customers in a kind and helpful manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty and commitment Stepping up and anticipating customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility when we've inconvenienced a customer Working every day with a safety mentality by ensuring we hold ourselves and each other to the highest standards Navigating challenges by being consistent but adaptable, retaining composure, and managing issues without taking customer frustration personally Working collaboratively with others, supporting your colleagues, and helping them succeed with new processes and technologies Essential Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Minimum of 18 years old Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage Able to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship Able to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
