This Senior HR Technology Analyst invests in the future of arenaflex's people in their work, acting as a liaison between the business and technology partners. This role joins the People Systems Team and will frequently aid Workday, a tool used to complete HR and Payroll associated tasks. This function also develops efficiencies, provides excellent user experiences, and maintains compliance requirements within Workday. The Senior HR Technology Analyst is a strategic problem-solver with a revolutionary mindset who is excited to join this tight-knit and high-performing team and deliver on numerous projects that drive the future of arenaflex. Key Responsibilities Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or monetary records for analysis by Executives, Managers, Customers, and other Stakeholders Participate in Enterprise projects; provide subject matter expertise in People data and analytics strategies Resolve escalated issues through the investigation of discrepancies in Employee records Ensure data integrity is maintained by correctly interpreting variances and outliers to Leadership Collaborate with Stakeholders to ensure capabilities and next stories meet expectations Communicate with key Stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives Conduct analysis and identify solutions to business problems May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders Essential Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED and advanced-level experience with functional experience and support of HR and/or Payroll systems. The candidate should possess knowledge of administrative and clerical processes and systems, including word processing, managing documents and records, stenography, and transcription, designing forms, and other office processes and terminology. Preferred Qualifications Preferred candidates will have advanced expertise and experience with Workday configuration in HCM and Recruiting. Jira experience is useful in transitioning to this function, but not required. The candidate should be skilled in using common sense and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or procedures to problems. Skills and Competencies Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods, including alternative methods to inform and entertain through written, oral, and visual media Knowledge of concepts and processes for employees' recruitment, selection, training, compensation, and benefits, labor relations, and negotiation, and employees' data systems Skilled in identifying complex problems and reviewing related data to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions Skilled in identifying how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes Ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (such as finding a relationship among unrelated events) Ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand Ability to tell when something is incorrect or is likely to go wrong, which does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development. This function is a hybrid role based out of our corporate campus, which requires employees to work onsite at least three days a week. The department designates the specific three days of the week employees must work on-site. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits arenaflex offers a competitive market salary ranging from $97,750 to $108,600 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional bonus opportunities are available and offered at the discretion of the company.
