**Experienced Customer Service/Repair Representative – Digital Industries**

As a key player in the Electrification, Industrial Automation, Motion, Power Grids, and Robotics & Discrete Automation business units, we are now seeking an experienced Customer Service/Repair Representative to join our team. **Job Summary** We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service/Repair Representative to manage repairs from customer/channel request through delivery for our Bartlesville location, and possibly our Warminster, PA location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating customer property returns for paid repair or warranty, and ensuring that all repairs are processed and shipped back to our customers in a timely manner. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a strong technical background, and excellent problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service/Repair Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for the following key duties: * Manage repairs from customer/channel request through delivery for Bartlesville (and possibly Warminster, PA location) * Request and enter required information per written process to execute repair * Manage repair priority with repair techs as appropriate to meet schedule and KPIs * Lead problem resolution activities- capacity and material constraints, customer issues, urgent repair turnaround * Complete repair orders (Service Orders, Sales Orders, Service Notifications) per process, ensuring invoices are correct and sent to customer * Support activities that meet the KPIs (delivery, revenue, safety, quality, integrity, etc.) required to successfully manage the business * Run reports, review detailed datasets, recommend process changes that lead to improved KPI delivery * Participate and/or lead improvement activities deemed appropriate to meet/exceed service goals * Support other roles or tasks as requested by management **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, engineering, technical field) * 2-5 years of experience in a customer service or repair role, preferably in a technical industry * Strong technical background and knowledge of repair processes * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Strong analytical and reporting skills **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * 2 years of experience in managing repair priorities for customers * 2 years of experience in documentation and reporting * 2 years of experience in problem resolution activities * Experience working in a similar industry or with similar products **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong technical knowledge and understanding of repair processes * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Strong analytical and reporting skills * Ability to lead and participate in improvement activities * Strong customer service skills and ability to deliver exceptional customer experience **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
