As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment while still being part of a dynamic, real-time team. **Our Benefits Package** We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Life insurance * Ancillary coverages for maternity pay, life events, and other needs * A competitive and reliable base rate of $14 per hour * Bonus and commission incentives, with the potential to earn an additional 50% of your hourly wages * Paid time off based on your work schedule * Birthdays off paid for full-time staff with excellent attendance **What You'll Do** As a Remote Customer Service-Payment Collection Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: * Making outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collection * Providing knowledgeable answers to customers, giving them peace of mind that issues are resolved * Keeping in touch with your managers for feedback and guidance on improving your performance * Utilizing scripted customer feedback to ensure you're always prepared with a solid response **Who You Are** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Prior customer service experience (retail, sales, and wait staff backgrounds have been successful in this role) * Access to a quiet, distraction-free workspace and a reliable internet connection * A GED or High School Diploma * The ability to quickly and accurately type customer notes on a standard keyboard **Where & When You'll Work** * We operate 7 days a week, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs * Schedules are consistent week-to-week, so you can plan ahead with confidence * Training will be conducted remotely via video meetings, with a required schedule of Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm Eastern Time * After training, your regular schedule will be 11am-7:30pm Eastern Time, including one weekend shift **What You Can Expect From Us** At blithequark, we value our employees and strive to create a positive, inclusive work environment.
