As a customer support representative, you'll be the face of our company, building relationships with our customers and providing them with exceptional service every day. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality products and services to our customers, including recommending SBS products and services to meet their needs. Continuously improve our services, including design, customer experience, and repetition, to ensure that we're delivering the best possible experience for our customers. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues. Enter accurate and complete documentation, as necessary, to ensure that customer information is up-to-date and secure. Follow all rules and regulations related to services and practices, ensuring that we're maintaining the highest standards of integrity and excellence. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you'll need to have: At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or customer support environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and priorities to manage. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
