As a Customer Service Call Center Sales Representative, you'll be the vital link between our clients and their customers, promoting products and services while ensuring a seamless customer experience. About the Role As a Sales Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for effectively communicating and promoting our clients' products or services to potential customers. Your primary goal will be to generate a loyal customer base while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You'll provide a professional, positive, and empathetic experience to each customer interaction, adhering to all applicable company, client, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Meet or exceed productivity goals established by our clients and blithequark Efficiently manage customer accounts and file records according to blithequark and client work standards, including: Selling customers on new or enhanced services Assisting customers with issues and concerns they experience during product or service usage Handling and maintaining customer accounts Accurately and thoroughly updating and documenting account notes Using probing questions to assess customer situations and resolve issues according to client work standards Making knowledge-based decisions to resolve related issues Stay up-to-date with daily and weekly Operations news and information, acknowledging receipt and understanding of policy and procedure updates Complete all assignments as required or requested by Operations management Maintain knowledge, understanding, and compliance with client policies and procedures Communicate professionally and appropriately with clients, customers, coworkers, and management Meet required criteria for work schedules and adhere to attendance policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook and site policies and procedures Keep up-to-date knowledge, understanding, and compliance within your functional area and with blithequark policies and procedures Maintain regular attendance and timeliness, which are crucial due to the production-based nature of our business and client requirements Adhere to all blithequark and customer confidentiality and security policies and procedures Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate Two or more years of applicable sales or related experience (recommended but not required) Proficient computer skills, including utilization of computerized collections software programs, spreadsheets, and automated systems Excellent customer service skills, including strong problem-solving and negotiating skills, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, and attention to detail Skills and Competencies To excel as a Customer Service Call Center Sales Representative at blithequark, you'll need to possess: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Proactive problem-solving and analytical skills Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic business environment Proficiency in using technology, including software applications and automated systems Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to your professional growth and development.
