About the Role: Customer Service Representative We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our Member Florists via phone and email. This is a unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your home, leveraging your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities to make a meaningful impact on our customers' experiences. Key Responsibilities Respond to member inquiries regarding statements and florist order disputes via email and phone, providing timely and professional resolutions. Process requests using internal computer applications, verifying and validating information provided by members prior to submission. Accurately document all calls in our 360 application, ensuring seamless tracking and follow-up. Consistently achieve key performance indicators and standards as defined by management, driving excellence in customer service. Provide customers with quality service by adhering to company policies, processes, and procedures, staying up-to-date on departmental memorandums, websites, and training materials. Participate in ongoing on-the-job training, including one-on-one sessions with management and peer coaching, to continually enhance your skills and knowledge. Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing business requirements. What We Seek in a Customer Service Representative To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or general equivalency diploma; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Inbound call center experience, preferably in a customer-facing role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet navigation, with the ability to quickly learn internal computer applications. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions and think critically. Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, with a clear speaking voice and excellent grammar skills. Good listening skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide persuasive solutions. The ability to handle pressure professionally, exhibiting a calm disposition and composure under stress. Flexibility and receptiveness to change, with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving business requirements. Essential Skills and Competencies To excel as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need to possess: Strong typing/keyboarding skills, with the ability to use a computer and keyboard for extended periods. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with customers for extended periods. The ability to control calls, manage multiple interactions, and prioritize tasks efficiently. Good follow-up skills, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
