As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be part of a team that's passionate about making a difference and constantly striving to improve. **Key Responsibilities** As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for: * Communicating with customers directly in-person, via phone, and email, empathizing with and prioritizing their needs * Upholding company values and respecting every customer, resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations * Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to customer issues, consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses * Approaching problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome, making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer * Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule, performing tasks that may require standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 pounds **A Day in the Life** You'll be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where Amazon's leading logistics system operates. As orders are dispatched and delivered, you'll be in contact with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers when they need guidance. You'll inform our delivery partners about rescheduled deliveries, resolve delivery issues, and connect customers with experts to provide accurate and up-to-date information about their packages. **About the Team** Our Customer Service team is dedicated to reducing customer effort and providing expert insights into complex issues. We support self-service channels and offer opportunities in process improvement, customer experience, data analysis, and customer retention.
