Your primary responsibilities will include: * Engaging with customers via phone with responsiveness, care, and concern * Instilling confidence in customers that their information will be handled appropriately and that their experience matters * Leading customers through a guided interview process and/or following a scripted set of questions to ensure accurate and timely submissions * Paying strong attention to detail to ensure report accuracy and timely submissions * Holding all reports in strict confidence, both internally and externally * Demonstrating flexibility as policies, schedules, and people you interact with often change * Modeling our core values of Live It!
