Our team of experts works tirelessly to ensure that our clients' customers receive the highest level of service, resulting in increased sales and revenue. **Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions** As an Experienced Customer Service and Scheduling Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, scheduling appointments, and driving sales growth for our clients.
