About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator to join our team at blithequark. As a Customer Service Dispatcher, you will play a vital role in coordinating and scheduling concrete deliveries to meet customer needs and optimize fleet operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule concrete deliveries to meet customer needs and optimize fleet operations, utilizing dispatching software and communication tools to manage orders and logistics efficiently. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, drivers, and plant personnel to ensure smooth delivery execution and resolve any service issues promptly. Monitor delivery progress in real-time and proactively adjust schedules to maintain service quality, ensuring that our customers receive their products on time and in the required condition. Essential Qualifications Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
