Key Responsibilities Actively listen to customers, ask questions to identify their needs, and provide personalized solutions. Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing to ensure customers make informed decisions. Process new and amended enrollments efficiently and accurately. Deliver expert customer experiences that exceed client expectations and foster loyalty. Ensure authentic experiences for clients' customers, driving long-term relationships and business growth. Essential Qualifications Reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence. Hold an active license to sell Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED). Demonstrate a passion for helping others and a patient, empathetic nature. Be fluent in English or bilingual (Spanish/English). Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Preferred Qualifications While not required, previous experience in customer service, sales, or the insurance industry can be beneficial.
