Experienced Customer Service Agent for Clinical Trials Support – 2nd/3rd Shift Opportunity with arenaflex in Indianapolis

As a Customer Service Agent in our clinical trials support team, you will play a vital role in resolving issues, supporting end-users, and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction. Key Responsibilities In this critical role, you will be responsible for: Supporting, troubleshooting, and resolving end-user issues in client software applications for clinical trials, utilizing your analytical skills and critical thinking to provide effective solutions. Documenting all call information according to quality assurance (QA) and internal standard operating procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Monitoring team mailbox emails and documenting according to procedures, maintaining organized and efficient communication channels. Maintaining confidentiality as appropriate at all times, adhering to departmental procedures for all emergencies, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. Requirements for Success To excel in this role, you should possess: A college degree, with preferred applicants holding a degree and at least one year of applicable experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field. Strong computer experience with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with SharePoint, as well as excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues efficiently. Strong written and verbal English communication skills on a professional level, with strong phone skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. A strong commitment to customer service, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. The ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve daily issues, working independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals. Flexibility to work remotely within a 50-mile radius of Indianapolis, with the ability to travel to client sites for urgent situations and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Working Hours and Training This role will involve working second or third shifts, possibly including weekends, with availability to float and cover additional shifts as needed after training. The training program will be hands-on, with a hybrid schedule of 3 days on-site and 2 days remote for approximately the first 6 months, followed by a fully remote schedule.
